快猫短视频-Rieman College of Nursing & Health Sciences, Quincy, has been approved by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) to offer a new two-year degree program: Associate of Science in Health Information Management.
Health information is the data related to a person鈥檚 medical history, including symptoms, diagnoses, procedures and outcomes. According to The American Health Information Management Association, health information management (HIM) is the practice of acquiring, analyzing and protecting digital and traditional medical information vital to providing quality patient care.
