��è����Ƶ-Rieman College of Nursing & Health Sciences students are very satisfied with their educational experience.  ��è����Ƶ-Rieman students recently participated in the 2018 National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) based at the School of Education at Indian University Bloomington.  The results showed 100 percent of ��è����Ƶ-Rieman senior students rated their overall experience as “excellent or good” and 100 percent of senior students would attend the institution again.

“At a time when college enrollment is declining nationwide, it is crucial to evaluate student’s engagement to continue to retain them,” states Brenda Beshears PhD, RN, President/CEO, ��è����Ƶ-Rieman College, “engaged students become a positive voice in our community for ��è����Ƶ-Rieman which also helps in the recruitment of new students.”

Other noteworthy findings include:

• 93 percent of students said their coursework emphasized applying facts, theories, or methods to practical problems or new situations, as well as forming a new idea or understanding from various pieces of information.
• 96 percent of students shared that their coursework emphasized analyzing an idea, experience or line of reasoning in depth by examining its parts.
• 96 percent of students said that they combined ideas from different courses when completing assignments and connected ideas from their courses to prior experiences and knowledge.
• 93 percent of students said their instructors clearly explained course goals and requirements.
• 92 percent of students said the institution emphasized providing support to help students succeed academically.

��è����Ƶ-Rieman College of Nursing & Health Sciences offers a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree with partner institutions Quincy University, Quincy, IL, and Culver-Stockton College, Canton, MO.  ��è����Ƶ-Rieman also offers a Master of Science in Nursing degree, an on-line RN to BSN program, an Associate of Science in Health Information Management degree program and, an Associate of Science in Respiratory Care degree program. ��è����Ƶ-Rieman is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission, the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), has provisional accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC), and is approved by the State Boards of Nursing in Illinois and Missouri.
